Service Terms
These terms of service govern your use of plumbing services provided by LB Plumber's. By scheduling or accepting a plumbing service from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before booking any residential or commercial plumbing service.
Our Services
- All plumbing services are performed by licensed and insured plumbing technicians who comply with all applicable state and local codes in every jurisdiction we serve.
- Service availability is subject to technician dispatch schedules, geographic service area limitations, and job complexity assessments conducted prior to dispatch.
- Estimates provided prior to work are based on visible conditions at the time of the on-site inspection. Additional charges may apply if unforeseen conditions are discovered after work has commenced.
- LB Plumber's reserves the right to decline any service request that cannot be safely completed or that falls outside our licensed scope of plumbing work.
Payment Terms
- Full payment is due upon completion of service unless a prior written payment arrangement has been agreed upon in advance with our billing department.
- We accept cash, major credit cards, and electronic payment methods. Personal checks may be accepted at the discretion of the attending technician.
- Unpaid balances outstanding for more than 30 days may be subject to late fees and may be referred to a third-party collections agency for recovery.
- Deposits may be required for large-scale plumbing projects, specialty equipment orders, or commercial plumbing contracts before work is scheduled to begin.
Liability
LB Plumber's carries full general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for all plumbing services performed. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, unforeseen structural deficiencies, or damage resulting from a customer's delay in reporting known plumbing issues. Our liability is limited to the direct cost of services rendered, and any claims must be reported in writing within 30 days of service completion.
